Hello? Are you there? Its me, your brain & even though you don't feel hungry, I will make your mouth salivate at the mention of any unhealthily foods. I don't know about you, but I feel this struggle each and every day of my life. Since I have been on this constant roller-coaster of trying to get healthier I have succeeded in ways of "tricking" these cravings. I go for water first, but that rarely helps. I have also tried to do the wait 5 min & see if your still hungry. But the ONE thing that has truly helped was fruit. I LOVE having any and all kinds of fruit at hand throughout the day. The sweetness of the fruits help calm the sweet tooth that I have. I also have a new found love of almonds. These help with the salty & crunchy cravings that I get. Having healthy snacks available is very helpful for me too. If they are available, I will eat them over any yucky food!
