Lack of sleep leads to lack of motivation
I have been dealing with sick kids for over a week. My eldest has tonsillitis and she is coughing non stop. My youngest has a sinus infection starting. Since they got sick I have been lucky if I have gotten more than 3 hours of sleep a night. Between waking up to comfort the kids & giving medicine along with all other household duties I am exhausted. I too am now not feeling well now & I feel worse when I think about what I haven't done for myself this week. I haven't taken the time to log any of my calories & I have not gotten any type of workout in for almost a week. So I am asking for words of wisdom from other people who have been in my shoes. I don't want to toss in the towel yet again in my goal of achieving weight loss.
