I am completely new to the entire Mammavation sista hood and I am really hoping that all the support I heard that comes from this site will help me with my weight loss goals. I also just signed up for Twitter so that I could be part of the sistahood, so please understand if I don't post each week. I am not one to typically sit on the computer during the day, unless my kids are napping. I don't want my kids to look back when they are adults and only remember that there mom was on the computer all the time. So, if I don't post or link up right away, please understand that I am not ignoring all of you, but rather I am busy with my family & I will be online later in the evening.
I would like to give a big thank you to Colleen over at http://kennedyandzach.blogspot.com/ who has been a turmendous help by talking me through the steps to join up with all of you. Collen has also been involved with my weight loss goals for the past few yrs. She has seen me at my best as well as my worst. So again thank you Colleen for telling me about this wonderful site & encouraging me to join.
So here is my hope and goal for this week. I hope to eat all my meals at home & to get more vegitables into my diet. I have been so busy in the garden and preserving all the produce from the garden that for perhaps the last two weeks I have not eaten as many vegitables as I normally would have. I also hope to limit my tv time. I have been staying up late into the evening watching the shows that I had DVRd which has resulted in not getting as much sleep as I should have. I wish all of my fellow sisters the best of luck in reaching there goals & I hope to reach mine as well. Have a good week!
