Here are my results after 4 weeks....
STARTING WEIGHT: 215 pounds (week 1)
TODAY'S WEIGHT: 211 pound
DIFFERENCE OF.....-4 POUNDS
GOAL WEIGHT: 155 POUNDS
I have a long way to go, but I know that I can do it. Despite not getting in all my workouts I did somehow lose 3 pounds. I don't want to celebrate too soon, because it was more than likely just water weight that I lost, not fat. My goal this week is to step away from the candy bowl.

Water weight or not... congrats on the loss! :) The change in seasons always gets me too - but keep up the awesome work!
