Mamavation Monday-Week 4

Were at week 4 ALREADY!!!!  It does not seem like it.  Well I told myself that by week 4 I wanted to be -5 pounds.  I didn't quit hit that mark, but that is ok.  I still lost weight, which is amazing considering that I met 0 of my goals from last week.  I have been sick for about a week & still not feeling 100% as of today.  The constant change in the weather that we are having isn't helping.  Its been cold & raining here for the past couple of days.
  Here are my results after 4 weeks....
STARTING WEIGHT: 215 pounds (week 1)
TODAY'S WEIGHT: 211 pound
DIFFERENCE OF.....-4 POUNDS
GOAL WEIGHT: 155 POUNDS

I have a long way to go, but I know that I can do it. Despite not getting in all my workouts I did somehow lose 3 pounds.  I don't want to celebrate too soon, because it was more than likely just water weight that I lost, not fat.  My goal this week is to step away from the candy bowl.
