Walk for 3 minutes, then jog for 2 minutes. Repeat 4 more times. (Total workout time: 25 minutes)
I will do this on Mon, Wed, & Friday.

Question: What parts of your body are you especially proud of right now? What makes you love them?
I honestly don't know if I have a body party that I am most proud of. Why because I want to change them all....make them smaller! The only part of my body I would never change is my face. So perhaps that is the body part that I am most proud of. My face tells about the hard work that I put in everyday. My husband always says that I can never tell a lie, because my eyes always give me away. So pulling a surprise on him is nearly impossible.

Great goals of not eating out. I can't live without my coffee, but have found that I enjoy it so much more making it myself. Plus I know what is in it that way. Congratulations on maintaining your weight despite the party. Good luck with your 5k training for the week.
