21 Day Weight Loss Challange ~ Journal Day 2 #21MBC




Well I am quite proud of myself to sticking to my goals that I had set for myself.  I still have a lot more reading to do in the free book ( Fit Moms For Life http://www.fitmomsforlife.com/ ) that I received courtesy of Dustin Maher, thanks again Dustin for sharing your wisdom.  Today was a typical BUSY Friday.  However we had to do all of our errands this morning due to the large snow storm that is upon us now.

Food/ Exercise Journal....

8:00~ woke up/ 8 oz of water (don't judge me for sleeping in!  I was up working until 1:30 in the morning)
8:30~ Breakfast: Kellogg's Krave (1cup); 1% Milk (1cup); Coffee black (1 cup)
10:30-12:30 Gym (see below for workout...consumed approx 20 oz of water during workout)
12:30~ Snack: 1 red apple
1:00 Lunch: 2 slices white bread, 1 tsp grape jam, 1 T Nutella, 8 oz water
4:00~ Snack: 1 medium carrot, 8 oz water
5:30~ Supper:  Salmon, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1 1/2 cup steamed mixed veggies, 16 oz water
8:00~ 1/2 cup roasted almonds 8 oz water

Exercise Data...

2o minute warm up... 1 1/4 mile on treadmill speed range 3.5mph-7.0 mph 
EACH OF THE FOLLOWING IS 2 SETS OF 15 REPS....
crunches/ stability ball
Abdominal crunch machine (55#s)
Seated back extension (40#s)
Seated Chest Press (40#s)
Seated Lat Pull Down (50#s)
Leg Press ( 130#s)
Hip Adduction (145#s)
Hip Abduction (130#s)
Leg Curl (70#s)
Leg Extension (70#s)
Wall Squats with medicine ball raises (8# ball)
Lunges
Stretch/Cool down 

 Needless to say my legs are SORE!!!  I had to walk up the stairs to get to my daughters dance class (it's located on the third level of the building) and it felt like my legs were jelly!  So at least I know my muscles were well worked!
