7:00~ 2 eggs scrambled with 1/2c broccoli, 16 oz water
8:30~ 8 oz water
9:00~ spent time on Dustin Maher web site
12:30~8 oz canned tuna(in water) mixed with 1 T light mayo, mixed with chives, 6 WW crackers, 16 oz water
1:45~ apple, 8 oz milk
2:00-? outdoors with kids (didn't look at what time we were actually in the house
5:30~ 1 cup peas, 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 6 oz ham
7:00~ vanilla pudding
