21 Day Weight Loss Challange ~ Journal Day 3 #21mbc

This has not been a good day for my eating nor exercise.  I am not happy with myself.  I had to work today, I'm the birthday party lead for the YMCA here in town.  I had the pleasure of hosting two wonderful parties which totally kept me on my toes all afternoon.  My kids also woke me up bright and early which didn't help matters either.   On the plus side I was able to read quite a few chapters in the book that I received courtesy of Dustin Maher, Fit Moms For Life http://www.fitmomsforlife.com/.  

Food/ Exercise Journal....

5:45 am ~ woke up (told ya it was early) 8 oz water
6:20 am~ 8 oz water
6:30 am~ Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal, 1/3 cup chopped dates, 16 oz black coffee
7:00 am-9:00 am~ Read Fit Moms for Life
9:15~  yogurt, with 8 oz water
10:30am-4:30 pm~ work, but got constant cardio during this time constantly running up & down steps according to my pedometer I got 9,500 steps in during these hours
4:30 pm~ Fiber One Bar, 16 oz water
5:30 pm~ 16 oz 1% milk, 8 oz left over salmon, 2 cups left over salmon
7:30 pm~ 12 oz Sierra Mist, 1 oz oven roasted almonds

Exercise Data...

As I mentioned the only exercise that I did was cardio & according to my pedometer I was able to get in 9,500 steps while working today for 6 hours...so to be fair with the points I am only going to count 30 minutes

 I know that I should try to get more exercise in tonight, but my feet and calves are sore from all the steps that I took vs the elevator.

  1. That was a great amount of steps! One suggestion I would have is try to plan something to eat and drink while you are at work. Otherwise don't worry that you didnt get in an actual workout...you still stayed active and that is what matters!
